What if I miss a check-in?

Do I need to type the reply exactly?

No. Replies are case-insensitive, and spaces or separators are flexible. For example, these can all work:

What do the evening codes mean?

A = alcohol: 0 none, 1 one drink, 2 two or more.
M = late meal: 0 no, 1 yes.
E = exercise: 0 no, 1 yes.
N = blocked nose/congestion: 0 clear to 5 very blocked. S = stress: 0 no stress to 3 highly stressed.

What do the morning codes mean?

S = snoring: 0 none to 5 severe.
Q = sleep quality: 0 poor to 5 great.
E = energy: 0 exhausted to 5 great.
G = gasping, choking, or breathing pauses: 0 no, 1 yes.
P = sleep position: 0 side, 1 back, 2 mixed or unsure.

What happens if I reply in the wrong format?

If your reply cannot be understood, we’ll send a reminder with the current example format so you can resend your answer.

What happens if I mention gasping or breathing pauses?

If your responses indicate gasping, choking, or breathing pauses, the audit records that flag and recommends discussing it with a qualified medical professional or sleep clinic. This is important because those symptoms may need medical attention.

Can I stop the messages?

Yes. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You can also use common opt-out words such as STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Opting out cancels active audit messages and future scheduled SMS jobs.

What if I need help by SMS?

Reply HELP. The SMS help response explains that the service sends two check-ins per day for 14 days, provides support contact details, reminds you that you can reply STOP to opt out, and clarifies that the service is a lifestyle tracking tool, not medical advice.

Will standard SMS charges apply?
